Remote Tech Support
Remote support is a useful tool for trouble-shooting issues when we need to go ‘hands-on’ with your computer. At your discretion it allows a CCi support staff member to temporally control your computer.
File Transfer Portal
The File Transfer Portal allows you to securely transfer files between your computer and CCi Support Staff members. This may be needed to fix or trouble-shoot a problem, or for other reasons.
